"FishinPals Receives Exemption From IDNR"
Again this year
for those who attend a FishinPals event are exempt from the Illinois
Fishing License**. This will allow adults who may not of tried fishing or
use to fish and would like to try the sport again a chance to do so
without having to purchase a license. It will also allow
parents/grandparents to take their children fishing without having to
attain a license. Many who have attended a FishinPals event have gone
on to purchase their license. We are grateful to the IDNR for allowing
us this privilge to be able to offer this to those who attend a
FishinPals event. Staff of FishinPals are required to posses a current
Fishing License. All Illinois Fishing Regulations must be followed.
** Exemption will be applied for for the 2012 season during the month of March
